FEELING UNDER THE WEATHER
If you're feeling unwell, kindly refrain from attending your appointment. Get in touch as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I recommend that you consult your local GP or physician if unsure to receive this form of physical treatment and/or prescribed exercises.

COVID-19 & INFLUENZA
On arrival of your appointment, please wear a face mask (not mandatory) and sanitise your hands.​ Room ventilation will be maintained between appointments, all laundry will be replenished, and areas of high contact will be sanitised between appointments.

LATENESS
Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please arrive at your appointment a few minutes early. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other following appointments.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
No-shows and late cancellations are difficult for sole trading therapists, which means other clients miss out and we lose income. You can cancel or reschedule anytime with a minimum of 24-HOURS notice. Please also understand that if you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE within 24-HOURS of your appointment time, you will be charged the FULL amount. Late arrivals will be seen for the remainder of the appointment time only.
USEFUL TIP: ​A great way to avoid the cancellation fee is by offering your appointment to a friend or member of the family who would benefit from the treatment. Please let Craig know of any changes with ample notice.
UNDER THE AGE OF 18
If you are under the age of 18 years old, parent or guardian consent is required in order to receive treatment. A chaperone may also be advised depending on the situation.

PAYMENTS
Payments for services are required within 24-hours of receiving treatment. Please contact me if you have any difficulties. I'm afraid, card payments are no longer accepted.

OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Clients whose balances remain outstanding for over 48-hours may be limited to further services until the balance is settled in full. Kindly ensure full payment is made within 24-hours, as specified above.
