What to expect at your first Osteopath appointment
If it is your first time seeing an osteopath, you might be wondering what to wear, bring, or expect from the session.
Osteopathy is a form of hands-on medicine and often involves movement by yourself and the practitioner. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows access to the area being assessed or treated. Avoid jeans or stiff fabrics. Bring any medical information, such as, medication regimen.
